Crossroads Mamas' 105 Spiritual Baths for Every Occasion

This is a great book I as a root worker myself highly recommended for the expert and novice alike, the recipe are very accurate, this is a book I recommend that my students add to their collection props to the author Denise Alvarado I love all her books.

The authors Denise and Angelique wrote a nice book, jammed packed with spiritual baths for every purpose, although some of the baths were light in the ingredients like the Oya power bath on page 55, goats milk would have been a nice ingredients to add to that bath not only power it up but also to remove curses and witchcraft thrown at you and you don't need cemetery flowers, quite frankly any wild flowers would do as Oya has other flowers besides the traditional ones associated with her paths. I loved the uncrossing baths!! and the section on spiritual waters. these two Priestesses did a good job listing baths used in the Palo/Ifa/Santaria/Obeah and Vodun spiritual systems, while the book is small its packs a punch in the number of baths listed here. definitely one to add to the collection.

Ich habe mit Hoodoo nicht viel am Hut, auch wenn ich das Thema interessant finde. Trotzdem habe ich mir dieses kleine Büchlein gekauft um meinen Wellness-Rezepten noch weitere hinzuzufügen.Es muss allerdings dabei gesagt werden, dass einige der Zutaten in Deutschland nicht leicht zu bekommen werden sein - außer es besteht die Möglichkeit die nicht-käuflichen Pflanzen selber anzupflanzen und saisonal abzuernten.z.B. um ein paar zu nennen -> Pfingsrosen, Mimosen, weiße Blüten, Apfelblüten, Blaues Zypressen Öl, Betonie/Heil-Ziest, Große Sterndolde und vieles mehr - diese Dinge kann man in Deutschland nur schwer bishin zu gar nicht als getrocknete Wurzeln, Kräuter, Öle oder Blüten kaufen. Da ist dann selber Anbauen angesagt oder Glück haben und einen geheimen Kräuter-Laden um die Ecke finden der genau sowas verkauft.Ich konnte noch keinen Laden in Deutschland finden der sowas im Online-Shop verschickt und aus den USA habe ich massive Bedenken wegen Zoll, sonstigen Spielchen bezügl. Legalität und ewigen Lieferzeiten.Wer am Meer wohnt hat Glück ;-) ein paar der Rezepte beinhalten echtes Meerwasser als Zutat.Florida Wasser und dergleichen kann hier auf Amazon erworben werden. Ob es das Original ist, und ob es was taugt, kann ich leider nicht sagen.
