Basic but useful information
I got this book for myself, I am prone to anxiety so I try to find out as much as I can about it because knowledge is power, right?The book offers basic and understandable explanations about nature of anxiety, what it is and how to deal with it. It doesn't really go deep into any therapy or method, for that you will have to get some more specific books. This book just scratches the surface of anxiety, but it has its value for someone who doesn't know much about it. It really depends on your prior knowledge – I have it so it isn't so useful to me, but that doesn't mean it isn't a good book.

This book was helpful in suggestions for treatment, and there were many options that were given. Perhaps more emphasis on how to determine one's illness level would be great.

So glad this was free...
Because if I had paid for it I would be mad. I suppose it provides a basic overview of anxiety, but the writing is just bad. Clunky word choices, odd sentence structures and even run-on sentences make it hard to read. And some of the alternatives to medicine are just bad pseudoscience.

great information!
I downloaded this book because my sister in law is dealing with a lot of stress and suffers from anxiety. I wanted to better understand what's going on with her and this book did a great job of doing just that. I love that it covers the many causes of anxiety as well as gives you tips and advice to overcome this problem.

Simple
Good read if you want to understand more about anxiety and depression. I recommend this book for anyone who has anxiety.

NOT a "workbook"
This book sucks. It shouldn't be called a workbook. It has no interactive activities to work on your anxiety. It's just a list of general info to help, such as it recommends certain herbs to take and different types of therapy. All this information can be found for free online. Save your money.

Not very good value at all
Not very good value at all. Was more like a thick leaflet and no more information than you can get on some free NHS leaflets from your GP surgery. Poor content for the money. Returned this item. Was very disappointing.

Informative!
Anxiety workbook is a good book to help you cure anxiety and have a better knowledge about the topic. This book teaches you about all the different anxiety disorders, the causes of it, explains the symptoms to look out for, the cure and remedies to change your mood and so much more. This book is written in a good manner which makes it easier to understand and follow. It has some very helpful information. Recommended!

Self Help Yourself
A very useful book for anyone who has experienced an anxiety attack or knows anyone who has. Very clear, common sense approach which alleviates the mystery around this condition. Practical advice and information, and interesting extracts from the group who were interviewed. Would strongly recommend.
