The standard-size cover is almost perfect for my car but the magnets need to be much stronger
I purchased the standard size cover and it is just barely perfect for my 2006 Toyota Camry Solara Convertible. I have two peek-a-book holes on each side of the top of the windshield with this size so I probably should have purchased the larger size. However, since my car is a convertible, I only have the top part of the windshield frame against which I can place the top magnets. Other vehicles at least have the roof, which I do not.The cover does adhere snugly and does keep the ice and frost off my windshield. It's both easy to affix to the car and easy to remove. One shake of the cover dislodges any ice crystals that have formed. Although the plastic is very thin it still does the job. My only complaint it that the magnets are not strong enough.During mildly to very windy days, the top part of the cover keeps pulling away from my car and folding over so that 30% of my windshield is exposed. One day I re-seated it six times and finally gave up. However, when there's little or no wind it works like a charm.UPDATE February 23, 2015: Branden Conn, owner of Owner Apex Automotive, contacted me about the magnet issue. They had first contacted me before I even posted a review to ask how I liked this cover. I replied and then posted my review. He has since written back and below is his response about the magnets."Our magnets are the strength that they are in order to prevent scuffing and scratching of the vehicle's paint. On windshield covers, if the magnets holds on too strongly, the wind will move it while it's attached and the magnet itself or the grit/dirt between the magnet and the car acts as an abrasive which scratches the paint. Our magnets break away in a high wind before that damage can occur. With that said we are always trying to find that perfect balance between the two (having a firm attachment and avoiding scuffing) so it is great to hear this feedback and I will pass it on to our design team so we can look into adjusting magnet strength."UPDATE March 2, 2015 - I put this cover on before a snowstorm I had last night. Although the cover stayed in place, I would not do this again. When I went to remove the cover this morning, it was like peeling tape off my windshield and car because ice had formed underneath the cover. There was probably some melting going on that seeped under the cover which caused this. However, this is excellent for keeping frost off the windshield, I just can't recommend keeping it on if it's going to snow.

A good concept that can work but can be tweaked to make it even better
I received this a couple days ago and tried it out last night on my 2015 Camry. After removing the cover from its pouch, I noticed an instruction sheet which I immediately shoved into the pocket of my coat and a patch sewed onto the cover saying "This Side Up". I took it to literally mean facing up and at the top of the windshield. That was incorrect. That side needs to be up for the magnets to be closest to the car but the flaps that go into the doors are at the bottom and can't be effectively used. Rotating the cover 180° so the the "This Side UP' sign is upside down and at the bottom allows it to be placed correctly. It looks a little funny with the the sign being upside down, like I put it on wrong, but that's not the case!A very slight (and cold) breeze was blowing while I was trying to get the cover centered, making placement of the VERY light material a challenge! The magnets would not keep the fabric in place so I had to time placement with a lull in the "gusts". After getting it centered and threaded into one door, I was able to snug down the cover a little more and get it held in place with the opposite door. Had I read the instructions beforehand, I would have seen that had I opened one of the back doors while closing the passenger side door, the little puffs of air coming out as the door closed keeping the cover from being snug would have gone away!Overnight we had a couple inches of light powdery snow unlike the heavy, wet crap from the previous night. I opened the driver's side door to release that side of the cover and was able to flip most of the snow off the windshield. I probably would have been able to get all of the snow off had I used more force. We'll try that option tonight when we're supposed to be dumped on!I'm real curious to see how this cover will work to keep frost off. That is one of my biggest frustrations with winter driving. If Apex were to make a "Cover 2.0" I'd love to see it made from a heavier material that isn't so prone to flapping around in the slightest breeze. I'd also like to see stronger magnets to keep it more securely in place. Rotating the "This Side UP" label would be good too! ;) I'm curious how this will perform during this winter season, and for $20 I think it was a good investment.
