It works great. Have to practice on placement though.

Like the Free, has issues
The media could not be loaded. Update 6/30/19: I never got used to the awkwardness of this sheath. Every day I was unhappy about something. Went back to stock P4 sheath. Meanwhile, after a month of really trying to like the P4, it's being sold on eBay when returned from warranty repair. Unsurprising with the Wingman-style tools a screwdriver tip has already bent. Didn't realize how spoiled I was with the Victorinox Spirit and a cheap nylon sheath. So overall it's been a good (although expensive) learning experience.Update 5/22/19: I have found after a couple days use, I'm getting better at "aiming" into the sheath so the bottom magnet doesn't catch the bottom of the tool so much (see video). Also I normally wore my Spirit at 3 O'clock and it worked there fine, but if I wear this at 5 O'clock I haven't noticed it catching and poking my side like 3 O'clock did (see pic). The problem is, It's always coming forward to 3 on it's own - need to figure out how to keep it at 5. Just a couple things to change and get used too.---If you own the the Leatherman Free P2 or P4, you likely know about compromises. I was highly anticipating the Free, but turns outs it's pretty so-so and barely makes the cut for "keeper". But hey, magnets! So it is with this "sheath". Even more enjoyable magnets! But while in theory it should be amazing, it falls short. See video for issues. Also see pic for painful position I found the hard way when getting into my car. It dug into my side skin pretty hard. This is not technically the sheath's fault, but in wearing my Victorinox Spirit in a SOG nylon sheath in the same spot for 7 years, this scenario had never happened.Other than these issues, it appears well made, the magnets are plenty strong, and the clip is strong. Actually the clip is so strong it's a little difficult to remove from belt. One of the reasons I decided to keep the Free P4 was so I could try this sheath, so I am giving it a fair chance.

Dose not hold tool well enough
Quality or build is good however it dose not keep leatherman in place in most conditions.
