Kettlebell training develops strength, power, endurance and balance. Working out with kettlebells will sculpt and tone the entire body because lifting and controlling a kettlebell forces the entire body, and specifically the core, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time. They are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a short time. Made with a protective vinyl shell to prevent wear and tear. These kettlebells are cement filled and vinyl coated, providing a more economical choice over the tradtional cast iron made kettlebells.

Let it Burn!
Purchase Date: 05MAR16Purchase Price: $11.93The item is not bad for the price (pictures attached). Great multi-workout tool. The handle is thicker gripped and a bit wider so you can do your swings and squats with no problem. The grip is a bit slippery when you become sweaty. Due to the plastic coating if you are planning on using this with a cross-fit workout I recommend you use it with some gloves because it can slip out of your hand if you are going extreme. I weighed the bell and it weighed in at approximately 15 pounds and 10 ounces. My wife uses it with ease and she has small hands. I have larger hands and it is no problem for me. The bottom is smooth and has not scratched my wood floor.Update: 02OCT16. No problems with the product or its quality. Please Note: I did NOT receive any type of incentive to write this review. This review is my honest opinion after doing much research and purchasing this product for use. Prior to purchasing any product I conduct thorough research. 20lb kettle ball
I bought this so that my wife could increase her upper arm strength while cracking pecans. The vinyl coating is perfect because she doesn't keep the kids up late at night banging this on the kitchen floor. She complained it was quite a bit heavier than the brick she had been using, but seems to have gotten used to it after a week.I made her pick up the pace, so I play "Staying Alive " on a loop tape to get better production.I'm ordering another right now cuz one arm looks quite a bit larger after a week, like a fiddler crab and she's getting funny looks at the walmark store when she fashion shops. I bet her production numbers will really rock now !

Wide size and uncomfortable grip
I'm 5'2" with a petite frame and hands. I purchased a 15 pound kettlebell years ago and my biggest gripe is the large/wide handle. I cannot get a firm grip even with workout gloves. Also the size of the kettlebell itself is stupid big and constantly brushes up between my legs no matter how wide my stance. Since then I have purchased heavier kettlebells from CAP with a slimmer grip and smaller ball size. The 15 is black and 35 is grey.

Hilariously large.
This kettlebell would more appropriately be referred to as a kettleBALL, it is literally the size of a soccer ball with a handle on it. It was definitely only worth the $9.99 I spent on it (if you were charged more than that, you were ripped off) as I can do about 30% of the things I could do with a regular kettlebell because the sheer size of it throws me off balance. On the plus side, if anyone were to see me using it, they'd assume I was lifting at least 50-60lbs, so...if you are looking for a way to look REALLY strong without requiring the muscles to back it up, this might be a good choice for you. ;)

Best Price I found on Kettle Bell weights sold separately and not in a set
I recently took up Kettle bell swings for effective exercise. I have always been sporadic in my exercise regime and taking up kettle bells keeps me consistent. When I was sure of the results, which are fast, I wanted to dispense with my makeshift efforts to get the proper weight for each level I was reaching. I looked at sets but for each of my programs the weights were a set size of three or more that were just odd. The Cap brand was the best price and sold them separately. So I bought the 10, 15 and 20 lb kettle bells. The grips are perfect for any size hand and comfortable to use. I suggest these for anyone who wants to do intense exercise for a short amount of time and needs to work up to heavier weights.A big plus was the free shipping for that amount of weight. I couldn't find that anywhere else.

I got a pair of 20 lb CAP kettlebells. They are made of concrete with a vinyl exterior casing. Concrete requires more material than iron so they are larger. I didn't think this thru and I feel kinda stoopid because they are larger than I expected. All that said; great value. I would buy these again. They are doing wonders for strengthening my core. Some movements are restricted due to the size. It's hard to lift near my head safely. An advantage to the size is that I can easily grip a single with both hands and there is no crowding on the grip. See the attached photo to compare to a tennis ball.

I like it, with a couple of small criticisms...
I don't really have any significant complaints other than the plastic grip gets a little slippery after bare-handing it for a while; which I only do because the gloves I have aren't grippy enough to keep a comfortable grip on it for very long. I don't think that's a failure of the kettlebell's design, though, so I'm not faulting it for it.What will cost the product a star though is - given the nice price point - the handle being straight reduces the bell's ergonomics a little, and wrist fatigue sets in far before hand fatigue on the damn thing, which limits its usefulness in terms of growing in reps and sets, at least for me.

Great price for an ok kettlebell
I bought this because I needed to move up in weight and needed something in between 15 and 25 lbs. It is a 20 lb bell and costs less than $1 per pound. It seems to be well made, quality construction, and it does give you a workout. On the downside, the handle is straight rather than curved, and the vinyl coating is slick with no grip. You will need gloves to use this bell. And it is bulky. Very big and awkward for a 20 lb kettlebell and hard to keep from banging into your forearms. If you are serious about kettlebells and not strapped for cash, I'd recommend getting a quality metal bell.

Great value
They are bigger than steel kettlebells of same weight but still quite functional. I bought a pair and use them for things like overhead squats. Handle size might be a negative factor for people with small hands. I think they are a great deal if you are looking to economize while adding to your home gym.

Slippery and too big!
This is way too big for a 20lb unit. The handle is extremely slippery and potentially risky to do any workout involving swinging. The body is made of cheap plastic and filled with cement. The weight is not exactly accurate either.Mine weighs 19.2lb!

slippery handle
We got this for wrist curls, and had to put bike bar tape on the handle. I thought it would be smaller, since it is so light, but it is larger than a little 10lb kettlebell that we have.

looks cheap and non-reliable
plastic body with a hole on the bottom which lightly closed by plastic lead (not even)several times thought to return, but the price is low and all-metal ones cost 3-times morethe handle is a bit slippery

Decent but the handle is a little thick
Bought this for doing home workouts during COVID. It’s pretty good, however the handle is pretty thick, even for my adult hands. The plastic is a little slippery also, especially when you get sweaty
