Great case, it survived being dropped and stomped on by my 21 year old son. Literally my son was goofing off at a dance and he had his phone in a shallow pocket . It fell out and he came down full force on it. Not a scratch on the phone or glass. I was impressed to say the least. He works outside all day and with this summer's heatwave he gets soaked. So far so good with the phone not getting wet. He is yet to get caught in the pouring rain with it (This is what killed his last phone) so I can't say how well it will do with that but it looks like it could do well. The two main drawbacks are it's heavy. This is not a light weight case. The other is because it's a bit bulky not all charging cords are going to fit. We have a few 90 deg cords we love because they don't break like others do. They won't work with the new case because they arent long enough to plug in anymore. A straight normal one works fine. Even with the cons i would get another in a heartbeat.

I usually have the Otterbox brand phone case but they did not make one for my new phone. I decided to try this case out and now will never have any other! This phone case is very tough and protects the phone very well. The case is heavy so if your arms are not used to carrying a lot of weight this may be an issue and could cause "arm pump". It says it is dust proof but I can tell you that there is nothing you can talk on or hear someone talk on that is 100% dust proof. I have had to take it apart and clean cement dust from it a couple times now. The Otterbox case would have already worn out due to contact with hydraulic oil. I have gotten oil on this case and the rubber back has slightly grown a touch but still by far the best case I have ever had!

This is the type of case I have been looking for! My husband is so rough on phones!!! This case is actually metal unlike some of the knockoffs I have ran across. The next time he upgrades, I will save myself some trouble and look at this brand first!!!

the phone protector is built like a tank, however if the glass breaks on the case you can't replace it. I have to buy a new case now because the glass is glued to the case.

This thing is metal. Heavy duty. The gorilla glass in the front is awesome. Only down side I could see for anyone is that it makes the phone quite a bit larger.

Big heavy cell phone case that takes great care of your phone.Only big problem after a few weeks was the lanyard breaking away at the stitches.Solution: I used paracord as a makeshift lanyard.

Great case. Gets the job done. Very sturdy except for the piece that covers the charging port. It is mde of rubber amd broke off easily
