Authentic 20 Centesimi Italian coin cufflinks. The coins were polished using a mechanical buffer and received a secondary finish by hand. One cufflink features the Head of King Vittorio Emanuele III facing left. Below the neck the King is the name of the engraver: Giuseppe Romagnoli. The other cufflinks shows the flip side of the coin and features the head of woman (representing Italy) with a fasces at left, in front of her hairs. Fasces is adorned with the Savoy shield and with an axe on the left. The coins were then placed on base metal cufflinks and measure approximately 21 mm.
