My hair is getting longer. My nails are stronger. I'm not sure that my hair is getting thicker because of this. This brand is kind of expensive but I like it because it is free of milk, egg, and soybeans which I am allergic to those. It also free of fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, and wheat.

Now that I am almost 85 years old. my skin hair and nails have been through many stages. My hair was never a problem until in my 60s when it started turning gray and thinning. My skin with care was always OK but now with lack of but care it is showing my age. The biotin is doing its job by repairing my hair skin and nails. It is now my forever friend.
