DOES NOT FIT!
The air filter DOES NOT FIT described engines. It is around 3/4” taller than the original filter and you don’t get enough turns on the wing nut to put the breather cover back on. It is the right shape however. It would work fine if you chose not to run the breather cover.

Filter does not fit the GX270 9hp. Filter is too tall for cover to fit.
