TAMASHII NATIONS S.H. Figuarts Broly Dragon Ball Super

Super Broly from the movie Dragonball Super: Broly movie is a sweet figure to have, and SH Figuarts did this figure well. Here's the breakdown.Molding, Paint, and Sculp 5 starsThe molding on Super Broly is sweet. the body arm is sculpted cleanly with the details molded into it, the paint is clean with no bleed overs.(On mine) though do be careful about the green armor parts on the chest and back, it can cause rub and scratch damage if used too much. The ear that makes the skirt is a reuse from the Legendary Broly figure only scaled down a bit. Its detailed to the nines, and molded awesomely. You get three heads and one face for each one, the sculpting on the faces and heads are awesome and expressions fit Broly.Accessories 3 starsI'm giving this only 3 stars... they could have given better accessories, but the ones we get are cool. You're given a normal power down head and a normal stern face, a Great ape/ almost super Saiyan head, with a screaming face, and the Super Saiyan head with gritting teeth. Yes the faces can be swapped between the three heads, but they don't match the heads. the only ones that could match are the normal heads stern face with the great ape power/almost super saiyan head. You get three sets of hands, 1 set of fists, ki blast open hands, and slightly clenched hands. The last accessory you get is Broly's shock collar.Articulation 5 starsOk Broly's articulation is awesome, the shoulder pads are on a ball hinge, attached to the body and not the arm. this allows you to fully use the ball peg into a disk shoulders, then place the shoulder pad where you want. the butterfly joint helps a little bit, but doesn't really offer much help. it's a double jointed elbow, the bicep swivel works well, though on mine the right arm bicep swivel was super tight. The wrists are the normal ball hinge, but the ball at the end is slightly bigger, making the hinge more stronger, so it doesn't really feel like you're going to break the post swapping out the hands. the head is severely hindered by the hair, so your not getting any up movements, but you get down and a little side to side. The ab crunch gets a good range down, and hardly any back, this is due to the green armor parts. The legs... these are off set, so having broly stand straight makes it look like he's doing a crotch thrust. The good news is they get great range in any direction, the skirt is soft plastic so it moves out of the way. his feet are a ball hinge ankle. they get a small tilt to the side and barely any tilt up and down. the toe hinge is tight (on my copy) so it can hold the tip to poses.Super Broly is a great figure, I only wish they added more accessories. the green orb that is used is from the Normal Legendary Super Saiyan Broly. He scales well to the other Broly that was released. (as shown) This is a great addition to anyone's Dragonball Z/Super collection. I like Broly's character and this version is a must have.

The best Broly action figure out there. My son loved it for Christmas.

Its a very good value for what you get. Paint apps were clean, had a smudge on the right gauntlet.The yellow on the saiyan head the eyes on the rage head are real nice and clean no real blemishes.Joints are tight nice big chunks of plastic. But heat the bicep swivels mine were stuck on both sides.

Everything about this figure is great! My 1 and only problem with the figure is that the leg articulation isn't as good due to his fur he wears, but honestly that's just a nitpick truly this figure is dope and worth getting.

This is one of the best s.h figuarts to ever be released 9.9/10. Great sculpt work, great articulation, paint, and presentation. The only thing I can say I would have changed is I would have got rid of his base head since it doesn't match the form he's in and would have just put more faces in for his super saiyan and wrath forms, but that's completely subjective.

What a great figure very nice sized and incredible detail comes with 3 heads and 3 sets of hands the super saiyan head it my favorite tho it was a bit tight when swapping heads even after running it threw hot water for a bit, the head doesnt have much articulation but it doesnt bother me too much. Alor of people have problems with the lack of face plates but you do get 3 different head sculpts instead, for me this out weighs the need for more face plates. Its not like its a goku that smiles and stuff i mean its broly hes always angry! Alot of people seem to have issues with the plate on his armor that rubs against his stomach. I dont mind it much but i can see how it would bother some people. Overall Its a nice figure for sure i would definitely recommend getting it if your a collector or a dragon ball super fan this will catch anyones attention!!!

(Not a collector) Amazing figure overall good job to sh figuarts for setting high standards for my first anime figure, but there are still a few disappointments. The Rotation on the arms is purposefully limited for some reason would have liked a full 360 swivel. The head hinge limits the movement, some way to make the head at least slightly lookup would've been nice. The worst part is the green plate on the torso scratches on the torso which is pretty bad. I’ve also found some unremovable black paint errors on the super saiyan hair though not sure if I dirtied it or it’s actually an error. These gripes wouldn’t have been so bad if this was cheaper.

The figure is easily the nicest of all the s.h figuarts and s.h monsterarts figures in my collection and I would say this figure is perfect but there are a few things I wished it had. Mainly face plates, now I know the alternate heads are needed for each form and is the reason why we don't have face plates but I just wish each head had 1 extra face plate each say for example: base form had a pained face from the collar, a happy face from the scene with him Cheelai and Lemo or an angry face from the battle with Vegeta and maybe add a green ki blast part and have the armor come off for the scene where he tells his back story. Overall 9.99/10 if you're a fan of Broly let's face it you already have this or the full power one, probably both.
