Very small, technically works.
This is an OK swim diaper, but I think I'm better off putting a regular cloth diaper cover with a thin layer of cloth on him instead. It fits extremely snugly definitely made for petite babies. I would not recommend this for bigger babies or most children over 18 months. All in all it does the job it's supposed to do. It looks cute.
