Description Soothes and Moisturizes with Aromatic Essential Oils & Xylitol The Original Since 1972 Doctor Recommended Suggested Use Shake well before use. Fill your Neti Pot with warm sterile water and a level 1/4 teaspoon of pure, non-iodized Neti Salt. Stir until salt is dissolved. Add 1/2 dropper-full to the prepared solution. Increase or decrease the amount based upon your personal preference. Shake to ensure even distribution of the oils. Perform the nasal wash as directed in your Neti Pot instructions.
