As above. Very easy to clean. Nothing gets burnt on. Can use less oil. Needs higher temp to cook as compared to normal woks.

I have been buying these for several years now and have always been happy with them. I originally got them as after a bit of research I discovered that it is one of the best ways to store bread especially for me as I make my own. However they have come in handy for storing other things especially in the fridge and of course all without the need of using plastic bags.

I was really pleased with the look of this pan. Strangely though it will only work on certain areas of my induction hob, on a couple I have to move the pan around for it to heat and on one place it will not work at all. What has really disappointed me though is that on only having had the pan for a couple of weeks and. very little use it has started to chip around the edge in random places, both on the inner and outer rim. No spoons have been knocked against the edge and so I am beginning to wonder how it is going to look after a couple of months. Due to the fact that it will only work in certain areas of the hob and the chipping I wouldn't purchase again

Very easy to cook with

This is a very good pan for all the reasons given and does not disappoint in performance. however, the colour is not as in the pictures, the green is almost grey and the handle at the end is rough! it hasn't been varnished, sanded or waxed so it will stain. I think it's very over priced but if you want a good eco-pan that is non stick, this is the one.

Har haft denna ett bra tag och den håller lovad kvalitet. Har haft Greenpan med vit keramisk beläggning som inte är bra, men denna kan jag rekommendera.

Ich liebe diese Pfanne! Nicht nur die Optik mit dem schönen Grünton und dem Holzgriff, aber auch die Antihaftwirkung und das ganz ohne die schädlichen Substanzen der sonst üblichen Teflonpfannen.Man benötigt zudem nur ganz wenig Energie, da sie die Hitze sehr gut verteilt und sehr heiß wird. Damit also nichts anbrennt, darf man wirklich nur mit sehr geringer Hitze arbeiten. Ich habe auf dem Herd Temperaturstufen von 1-9 und fange mit Stufe 4 an und nach zB. dem ersten Pfannkuchen gehe ich auf 2-3 zurück, so heiß wird sie. Wenn man das berücksichtigt, dann brennt auch nichts an und man hat lange was von der Pfanne :-)

c'est notre deuxième poêle, la première a tenu 1 an 1/2 d'utilisation intensive. Nous l'avons changée car elle accrochait mais sinon elle est toujours en bon état. Ses bords surélevés sont très pratiques, la chaleur est très bien répartie pour une cuisson efficace. De plus elle est légère, ce qui facilite son utilisation.
