I have used this product for many years now. I have very dark brown hair with a lot of grays. I use this product to lighten my hair to an orange color because I put bright red hair color over it. Works fast but that also depends on the amount of product you mix and your hair type. I have never had any issues using this. Will continue to buy in the future.
