Refurbished or just broken!?
Product appeared to be refurbished, missing cables, and the charging port on the back was broken defeating the entire purpose of purchasing a solar panel with it. As soon as I took it out of the box there were piece set inside rattling. Very dissatisfied, will update if company make this right.
