Arrived the next day and it was a Sunday. Still do not know how that happened. Seller is great and price was good. Yarn came in plastic wrap so it was protected. Now about the yarn... this is a very light weight yarn. I use it for Tunisian crochet since this style of crochet is very dense and projects can become heavy.The variegation is nice. The yarn is soft but does split somewhat easily but I find using bamboo needles helps this.The yarn has a lot of "stretch" in it as opposed to other yarns that are much stiffer. I fear that it may become snagged very easily after project is finished but that is yet to be seen since I am not done. it is the right weight for Tunisian and would be great for baby blankets. I tried this with a corner to corner pattern and found the yarn to be to thin for an adult afghan. Added some pics so you can see how the variegation looks. I like working with this yarn even with the small splitting problem. If you catch your loops correctly you can avoid the splits. I do not know a better way to say that. Some of the skeins are great and have no knots and easy to find end, others are a pain in the rump and are knotted in the center and hard to find the starting thread, it is the luck of the draw. I find this true with most yarns I work with. The colors are great, it has teal, white, brown and dark blue I am afraid the photo's do not do it justice. If this yarn does not snag I will be using it again. Perfect for Tunisian Afghans. I made a bedspread for a full size bed out of the Caron one pound yarn using a pattern with DC stitch and it weighed 9 pounds when I was done and that is to heavy for people to use as an blanket.

Liked everything about it. Made what I call hug blankets for cuddling on couch when cool in house. Best yarn ever!!!

I’ve made a good amount of pieces using this yarn. It’s a huge skein and I wish that all yarn would come in this big of a skein. Super soft and easy to crochet with as well. Will definitely buy more of this yarn in the near future. My only complaint is that it tangles easily in the middle if you do a middle pull so I recommend either balling it up first or just doing an outside pull.

I usually use only cotton or wool yarns for my knitting and crocheting. But I fell in love with the color of this yarn, and how much you got for the money. I am using it to blend with another striped yarn and it goes perfectly. It is also quite soft, which surprised me. I strongly recommend this yarn

The yarn is #4 size. I use this yarn regularly for laprobes, blankets and scarfs. Works up great every time. The colors are true. Washes good. Donate items all year.
