Still Skeptical
While I really like the concept of this book, I found that it was written primarily for the "born-again" Christian ( I am a Catholic). Mr. Christiano advocates the blood-type based diet which lacks scientific research supporting it. While the diet is primarily based on whole foods and undoubtedly is healthier than the SAD, the fact that he pushes this hurts his credibility. He also pushes an awful lot of products which turned me off. Two thumbs down...sorry Joseph.

An End to Obesity, Taking Care of Your Body is Not a Choice, But a Responsibity
Dr. Joseph Christiano, ND, CNC, amazing book "My Body God's Temple" has seriously peaked my interest. In this book Dr. Joe, who is a certified natural professional, explains in detail how the human body is designed to house the living God, and how it really is not about choice, but it is in fact a responsibility to take care of the human body. He parallels how we are to take care of the body in the same way Solomon took the time to build the temple of God. His theory on how different blood types reacts to different foods could be the end to all obesity, once mastered. Dr. Joe, explains how different blood types, such as A, B, AB, and O type people blood digest foods different and consuming the wrong types of food could not, only enable weight lost, but is polluting the blood system and is preventing living a healthy lifestyle

A groundbreaking perspective on health and wellness!!
I recommend this book. Unlike other books on fitness and health, Joe emphasizes our body is the greatest gift and we have the obligation to enhance our overall fitness to show our love to God for this greatest gift. On the top of that, exercise is never obsession on appearance and physique, but with the primary goal to glorify God with the body, God's temple. Joe conveys a very significant message that, improving health is out of spiritual motivation, working on it for God and never self centered. I certainly recommend this book to every Christian and health focused readers.
