best oven thermometer baking thermometer (set of one oven thermometer, one fridge thermometer)

It’s a little hard to read. Have to take it almost all the way out of the hot oven to read.

These work perfectly and are easy to read.Just what I was looking for!

If you try to hang it on a shelf, it turns sideways so you can't read it.

Faulty... Reads temperature 50 degrees lower that reality. Would not recommend.

I bought the oven thermometer because my new condo came with a gas stove (that is wonderful, btw). However, one must be ever diligent with the temp in a gas oven, besides the pizza stone that I put in it to level some of the issues off. I do a lot of baking, so I need to pay attention to the heat. This thermometer is perfect for that. I have no clue about the refrigerator therm as I've been OK with regulating that on my own...I think, but I will read up on its advantages. I understand that this is a nice value for the set.

We put this in our RV fridge and it does the job for us.
