This is a great ketone urine test strips. my expectation wasn't that high when I ordered it. I though it is too cheap to be accurate. I am on a ketone diet for the past 1month. I have never been on a diet before in my life. As you know when you are on a diet you like to know if you are doing it okay or not. Anxious to see some kind of proof that actually whatever I am doing now affecting my body to reach my goal. I think this ketone strip could be the indication that I am doing my diet right or not. This is strip is very easy to use. Even my mom who is 75 has no problem using it. Very reliable results as well.

Purchased this item in January 2022. The ketone testing strips I received had expired in 2021 (with a manufactured date of 2019). I realize this item is non-perishable per se, but a non-expired product is expected.

I was so disappointed the first few uses, I had beeneating low carb for 10 days, and I was not getting an indication that I was in ketosis. Of course I blamed the strips, but just for the heck of it slight adjusted my diet to include a little more fat. Low and behold two days later I started getting reading in the optimal range. So it was me, not the product. Now that I know they are dependable these will be my go to strips to keep me on track
