I am disappointed with this product. I have used it twice so far. It is supposed to be "natural black" color. But it made my scalp adjacent to hair roots "red" color which is very noticeable and ugly. I washed my hair every day for 4 consecutive days before the red color finally faded. By the way this product is not returnable. I just want to warn other customers who are interested in this product.
