Baby Diaper Disposal System with top lockable box holder and bags starter set

The dispenser is nicely built and the bags do their job. They work nicely. The major problem is that the bags don't stay in the box! The first person to grab a bag pulls all 30 of them out, and then leaves them sitting on top of the box, on the changing table, on the floor, etc. It kinda defeats the purpose of having a nice dispenser/box when the dispensing feature doesn't actually work! I purchased refill boxes and gave these a good try for 1.5 months, but this system does not work for us. I am researching new options, and taking these down.
