Will this fit my 10month old his head is 18in around?

It will be too big for him. It fits my 6U ear old and he has a big head!

How big is your 4 month old? My son is about to turn 4 years old and is short for his age and it's a little big on him. Which is actually perfect since he won't grow out of it for a long time. I'd say get it and if it doesn't fit now, keep it around until it does.
