Wido 25KG Granite Parasol Base Garden Umbrella Furniture Stand Secure Heavy Duty Restaurant

Was really impressed with everything until it was all put together, the base is really heavy and sturdy which is perfect but the pipe section yo hold parasol is useless. It is so flimsy and was moving all over not secure at all. I got someone to come and look at it and they tried toghtening with ratchet etc and still doing same , he took it all apart and was concerned how easy it all unscrewed with his hands after all the tightening he done. He realised the reason it wasnt getting tight is because all the marble ehete screws go is really badly finished and not level at all so can not get it tight enough so its useless really. I emailed explaining this and the fact that I cant take it to post office for 2 reasons 1- I'm high risk 2- it weighs 25 kg and I have back condition plus arthitritus so asked when new one delivered could they take old one ? Was told will reply within 48 hours , that was yesterday still Jmbo reply. I was hooing it was just a faulty piece n just exchange as everythibg else was really good so hoping to get it sorted as I now have 2 items that I cant uae until this is resolved. Hooefully I'll be able to come on again and say customer service was excelleny and all resolved soon.

Very heavy, the nice delivery man put it on my patio for me, so I only had to take off the packaging. The hand holds make it so easy to manoeuvrer. I agree with others that although I tightened the base screw with pliers, once the umbrella is in it seems to wobble a bit, but wondered if this was part of the design to stop it blowing over in strong wind. My pole is smaller than the hole but I used the plastic bag packaging to wrap around the pole before inserting it and tightening the screws, which worked well. Very happy with this product. Love the flat square design.

Very heavy, exactly what I needed. The umbrella is very big and I wanted it to be steady for the summer weather which can get windy. Once in place this is not blowing anywhere. Has a screw to tighten the umbrella pole in place.Safe where the kids are playing or climbing. Looks nice. Very sturdy ,expensive but it is a nice looking , sturdy ,stable piece of outdoor equipment. Survived all last summer, looks like new now. I like it

Despite the fact that you tighten it tightly, still the pipe ( holder) staggers , respectively the umbrella too ... 👎

Arrived damaged, box un damaged. Have written to seller regarding replacement and asking if the could collect damaged item because it’s so heavy. That was last week and no response. Really disappointed 😒

An excellent buy for our new parasol.
