Lead players favorite
I love playing thins for the snappiness. These retain all the high end in a pick with a really nice bevel. These are next level. Very durable. Good size if you like jazz iii’s. These work really well! Try them out:)

Lives Up to Its Promises
The PJTC1 picks are made of a new material, which is similar to V-picks. The claim is that the PJTC1 performs better in several ways, such as tone, grip, and playing characteristics due to the material, the polished beveled edge, and the overall contour. I have a pretty extensive collection of V-picks, but none of them has really become a favorite for a variety of reasons, and lately it seems the material used to make them has declined in quality. I will continue to buy and use V-picks, because they are innovators and I like experimenting with different pick designs, but Ibanez has a winner with the PJTC1. In short, it lives up to its claims and what other reviewers have said about it. The sound is excellent whether you're playing single-note lines or chord melody, and there is no "chirp" as you bring the edge of the pick up against the string. The tip of the pick is fairly pointed, similar to a Jazz III (Guthrie Govan's go-to pick), which allows precision timing, especially in fast passages, but not so pointed as to make you worry about penetration depth all the time. The contouring and polishing of the edge allows a lot control over the sound (I use a George Benson grip for most purposes but switch 90 degrees to parallel the strings for strumming). The stickiness is a plus in the V-pick, but the PJTC1 seems to have improved on this feature. For example, I have noticed that the stickiness of a V-pick can begin to create drag on the string a tiny bit as the pick warms up, but that just doesn't happen with the PJTC1. At the same time, the PJTC1 does NOT rotate as you use it. In other words, it stays in place, but without feeling sticky. I don't know how they do this, but I know I like it. The pick is hard as a diamond and has absolutely no flex, so if you want a little "snap" to accompany the release, you won't find it unless you manufacture it in your grip (that is, let it wobble by loosening your grip --- if you do that, it's not going to fall on the floor). On the other hand, if you like positive control, the lack of snap is a good thing. I find I can control this pick like a surgeon's scalpel, which has improved my speed. The contour of the pick allows for funk strumming and fast single-note lines with good control over dynamics. This pick has become one of my favorites and I would recommend it without reservation. I play jazz mostly, single-line and chord melody, but I also play some folk and country for fun. For that I tend to prefer a medium Fender-type pick turned sideways, but the PJTC1 is adaptable for that kind of music, too. I kinda doubt that any one pick "has it all," but this pick coordinates with most of my everyday uses.

Fastest pick for shred
Ive used jazz iii’s, big stubby, a weird titanium pick (highly recommend), dunlop flow Gloss picks, and several signature picks, and this is pick is faster than them all. The pick you use is very subjective, but for my style with tight picking motion and accuracy, you cannot beat this. My only complaint is the grip, which i fixed by abusing the pick with a dremel. This pick will force you to develop a good economy of motion, and the extremely sharp “blade” of it allows you to pick tighter, faster, and more controlled. Essentially its a pick that wont weigh you down.

Muy buenas
Muy buen producto, sin embargo despues de tocar por un tiempo prolongado tienden a ser resbalarse por su material. El roce con las cuerdas es muy fino. Recomendadas!

Too thick, not durable
These picks are too thick. There’s so much mass that if you’re coming from a normal thinness of pick you’re going to be beating your strings all out of tune. It’s not that bad, you can adjust to it. But why would you?Certainly not because these licks are especially durable. They gouge easily and don’t seem to last much longer than a regular sized pick. But where a regular pick simply dulls these picks get gouges and get catchy on the strings. It was fun to try but I’ll stick to 1mm or thinner going forward.

Nice feel, tone and playability
I'm always playing with different pick thicknesses and material. Some get tossed, some get put aside for niche use, and others make it into my daily rotation. The JTC has become one of my daily go-to's. The wide thickness makes it easier to hold despite the slick material. The slick, slowly-beveled edge paired with that extra thickness really makes this pick work great for arpeggios and riffs that jump around between strings. Although the point is almost needle-sharp, the gradual slope keeps this from being my favorite option for fast, thrashy riffs or where I want a really aggressive attack, but that seems to be the only shortcoming.I also haven't noticed significant wear after extended use, which is definitely a big factor in determining whether a pick with a premium pricetag is worth the investment. The Ibanez JTC is well worth the investment. I will certainly be ordering more, and I hope they expand this line with more options.

Love these picks.
I really love the way these picks feel and play. They also look really cool too. My only complaint is that the bevel is slightly rough on some of them, this can be fixed by dragging them across some very fine sandpaper or sanding block. A little polishing on the edges would be welcome, but would probably drive the price up a lot. Overall very satisfied.

AMAZING Picks!
These have a light bevel on them with a pointy tip and make for an excellent pick to practice shredding on. My main picks used to be 0.75 - 1mm flat ones despite mainly practicing lead guitar, but I was convinced that these will be me new go-to after first try. The material feels durable enough and they look super cool too. Like glass picks or something. Also these are pretty affordable when compared to something like Gravity picks, which I have a collection of. Doesn't matter anymore, since I like these so much more. Will definitely pick up another pack.
