Whenever I feel like I’m getting sick, I take some. It seems to be effective for immune system. They taste good too.

I like the ingredients, although I wish the potency of the various vitamins was a little higher. The flavor is really good. The price is good too. I plan on buying more when these run out.

Still got a bit sick after a large meet up but it could have been allergies on a windy set of days. The texture is kind of weird , like biting into thick jello and not exactly like a gummy bear.
