AK Anne Klein Women's Isana Patent Platform Pump

I had purchased this shoe in pink from another retailer... loved it so much because despite the pointy toe, it was actually immediately comfortable. So I assumed the case would be the same for the same shoe in another color. It was fine when I tried it on, but in real-world walking scenarios it seems to pinch a little bit - which means that either I have to spend time breaking it in, or I have just wasted some money (I didn't have to wear the shoes in the real world until after the return period had passed). Breaking-in it is!But it is a really smart shoe... the heel is perfect (at 5'8" I don't need to kill my feet and knees just to get any closer to the sky, thank you very much) and the patent leather is a nice look. I'd recommend at least trying it out, and perhaps walking around with a thin pair of socks on when you try them on to get a good idea of how they feel.

I can't even begin to explain my disappointment and frustrations with amazon right now, especially with my prime account. I paid for the overnight prime shipping because I needed these shoes for a work conference tomorrow and received my package on time but when I opened it the shoes were in a taupe color. Not only did I clearly order them in black, that color is not even listed on the shoe options. How does something like this even happen? Now I do not have the shoes that I need and do not have time to get these here before I need them in the morning. The only reason I give 3 stars is because I would love the shoe if it was in the right color I needed.

Beyond comfortable and not just because the heel is so low. I've had other shoes at this height that still hurt my feet at the end of the day. I'm sure I could run a marathon in these!!I deducted a star because the sole started to separate from the shoe after only 6 weeks of semi regular wear. Was able to return them for a new pair and so far so good

I bought these in the black patent leather, and I just love them. I usually wear higher heels, but I needed a pair of shoes that I could walk around in all day without pain. These fit the bill. They are attractive and comfortable and the quality is very good.I will say that I don't understand why they're advertised as "patent platform pump". There is no platform.For me, these run very true to size. I typically wear an 8 and the 8 fit perfectly.Overall, I'd heartily recommend. If they ever stop charging three times as much for the navy (what's with that????), I will definitely be buying a pair in navy as well.

This patent black pump is great for a person who doesn't enjoy wearing heels---like me. It was a good price, very flexible, and only a little large for a person with a foot that is more 7 than 7.5. I used heel cups/heel liners to make up the difference, and then they fit perfectly. They have a nice wide toe box (possibly because it was the half size up), which I appreciated.

Perfect fit. I didn't have to break them in too long--I wore them for maybe a whole day in the office, and they stretched out just fine. Oddly enough, I got the same pair in "natural patent", which I wear more often. And yet the natural patent, despite wearing them almost daily, still "pinch" at my toenails. :( I don't know why that is. Anyway, this black pair fits well.

I need the heel not too high, but not a flat shoe to work in the office. This shoe seems fit my need. The size is as expected just right. It is multi-function of this shoes. I can wear it with my dress pants, my skinny jean as casual or my formal skirt to work. Very good reasonable price. I actually get compliment from my co-worker..:-)

These shoes are pretty...and the heel size is just right. But they are not as comfortable as I was hoping they would be. The front of the shoe is very pointy and I wish there was more room upfront. The color is good...but I won't be wearing these shoes very often. The price was good and delivery was fast.
