It's a nice firm, yet comfortable high back chair, which is steady is a multitude of positions. We got the simple black with red threading which looks great as an office chair. Also love that this is vegan, and a cinch (even I could do it) to assemble.

Shipping for chair is really fast, received it in 3 days. Overall the chair seems well built with a ton of adjust-ability. I think the one I received might have a couple of defects but the cushioning on the back rest is very uneven with a pronounced dip on the left side causing me to lean slightly when leaning back. Because of this dip in the cushioning its already developing a crease in the cover after just a few days of use. Also there seems to be quite a bit of movement in the chair when its not reclined, it wobble quite a bit fore to aft and laterally, makes it seem as thought you're sitting on a pivot. Its a really good value chair but quality isn't as good as my friends secret lab. Unfortunately I'll be returning it.

I'm 6 foot and 260 pounds. I spent $100 less on another chair rated for my size/weight and EVERY part of it broke within a year. Every part that broke on my last chair has a completely different design on this new one that is many times stronger. The list of things that broke on my last chair: both arm rests, reclining mechanism, wheels, and finally a leg broke off the base. This new chair arrived in perfect condition. The reclining mechanism is ratchet style like a car seat. The base is one solid metal piece with stronger wheels. The arm rests are 4 way adjustable. The rocking mechanism has the latest design so that yours knees down't get pulled off the floor when you rock back. Everything about it is superior and I loved it. I couldn't be happier.

Like the title says the quality felt premium at first but only after a month in the chair became stuck in it's tilt option. I have not reached out to Boules to see if they would be willing to send me a replacement because the site basically states they don't accept anything back after only 3 days or something ridiculous along those lines. Overall be carful with chairs that have a bunch of features for a low price as they won't last long even if you take care of it properly.

Chair came with a small scuff mark on the side of the seat BUT for the price, quality and comfort.....I had no problem overlooking this. It has all the same functions as the HIGH END gaming chairs and i like that its all black so it can also be used in an office setting. Well worth the money and easy to assemble.

This product really does go above and beyond my expectations for the price. Quality is outstanding, you would think it's among the most expensive chairs you can buy. Just buy it, I wouldn't trade this for any other chair on the market.

The chair padding is supportive but not too firm. Feels nice to sit on and doesn't hurt by butt.

The problem with twin boys is buying two of everything. One of my sons has a Secret Lab Omega chair but in truth it’s quite wide for a skinny 14-year-old. It’s wide for me and in 13 stone. We plumped for this as a bit of a gamble but it had great reviews and it was one third of the price of the Secret Lab. The shape and fit and feel all fantastic and it seems a very good chair, clearly the PU leather is thicker on the Secret Lab but not for the price - I think it is excellent for a teenager

I had some back pain and this chair has made it disappear. Fantastic for working from home and also gaming. Go great with a racing steering wheel. To complete buy a footrest too and never look back!

Purchased for my 14 year old son,who is over the moon with it. Must say it feels a sturdy chair and seems to have a good build quality. If you are looking for a gaming chair on a budget do yourself a favor and pay the extra £30,£40 and get this as oppose to the cheap Chinese copies you can get. You won't be disappointed
