I purchased this in February 2020. In the early days, it seemed to be fairly comfortable but I noticed early on it began losing its shape, trying to reshape is almost impossible. There's no neck support so I find myself sliding down on the pillow to get comfortable which creates a strain on my back. Finally, after 2.5 years, a replacement is definitely in order. Perhaps personal conditions like where it's being used makes a difference. I suppose given the cost, it served its purpose but that time has now passed.

Exactly as described...comfortable and supportive. I love this bedrest pillow. It is very supportive and comfortable. I especially like the fact that the cover is completely removeable for washing without disturbing the inner cover that holds the foam filling. It is very firm, but if you remove some (or a lot) of the filling, it then becomes softer and squishy. So it accommodates whatever your preference is. I purchased the X-Large and it is great. I have a queen bed and only one would fit on the bed, which works for me. If you have a King bed, then you would be able to fit two side by side. If you have a spouse who wants a one of these and you don't have a king bed, I would suggest you go down one size to make sure they both fit side by side on your bed. Please note that I do not believe the extra lumbar support pillow comes with any size other than the x-large.

I was having bad back, neck and shoulder problems from trying to use my laptop and read in bed. Most of the husband pillows available on the market seemed cheap, flimsy or too small. This pillow has become the cornerstone of my bed and has helped so much with my posture issues. The big round neck pillow wasn't very good for me when attached to the backrest, but I love using it for support under an arm or between my knees when lounging/sleeping.I love the washable cover. It gives such peace of mind when buying such a pricy pillow. I haven't even had to wash it yet - the one time I spilled liquid on it, it just wicked right off without soaking into the fabric.I can't recommend this enough if you have an active lifestyle and just really want to rest when you get home. This family-owned company reached out to me a while after I purchased it and seemed to genuinely care about customer satisfaction.

its a really nice pillow but when it came in, it had an overwhelming strong chemical smell. i had to wash it immediately on hand wash in my washer because i couldn't stand it. but now that its washed and dried, it smells nice and is very comfy. although i do see some pictures in some reviews where theres a detachable pillow??? mine didn't come with one??? was i supposed to buy that separately or was that supposed to come with one? ANYWAYS, very nice pillow just work on the overwhelming smell so people don't have to wash it as soon as they receive it.

Don’t be afraid if this thing comes to you completely deflated and sad looking! However, then I realized that this thing is washer-dryer safe, so I threw it in the dryer on the refresh cycle to hopefully breathe a little bit of life into it. After about 20 minutes in the dryer, it came out incredibly fluffy! However, it’s so filled, I’m hoping it won’t be too hard and thick for my dad’s comfort. Not sure if the filling is removable. If so, that would probably be helpful to adjust the firmness level. Outer cover is very soft, love the fact that the whole thing is washable.
