Keep in mind the date of manufacture
Great solder. Date of Manufacture (D.O.M.) on the product I just received is Aug/10/15. Kester's warranty is for 3 years from date of manufacture. Since it wasn't manufactured within past 12 months, I took away 1 star, otherwise it's exactly as I expected and I'm pleased. If it's stored in the proper environment the shelf life can be much more than 3 years.

best solder you can buy , and it contains lead ..... thats what makes it work , do not buy solder without lead , it will not work.
