It's vitamin D sold at a great price, easy to swallow, and flavorless. And it happens to be certified Halal as well! What's there not to like? I'll certainly consider buying these ones again if I need Vitamin D down the line.

These are exactly as hoped. Bottle works, pill count is correct, no weird smells or flavor. If you need some Vit D, this seems to fit the bill. Of course, I'm not a scientist, so I wasn't able to conduct any test to verify the mg, but I've no ill side effects, so that's a bonus.

Made in the USA at a GMP certified facility. Pills are small and very easy to swallow. Good for anyone not getting enough sunshine, particularly in winter, to take a supplement daily. I did some quick research before writing this review and for the majority of the population 600 IU daily dose is recommended. A dose of 800 IU is recommended for people over 70. There are some sources online that state not to take more than 4,000 IU daily. Vitamin D3 supplements are all over the place with the IU dose (some 50,000+ IU). This manufacturer does offer lower IU dose D3 products so I think that is what I will order next time.

First thing I check for: seals. This bottle had an outer clear plastic wrap seal, and an inner foam/foil seal. Both intact. Another thing I like, the desiccant inside. Very important for those of us in humid climates. The caps themselves are small, clear, easy to swallow. The ingredients list Soybean oil as the main ingredient, so if you're allergic to soybeans, this is not for you. The dosage is also pretty high, like very high. Be sure that's what you need/want. I've had no allergic or other reactions to them (taken with meals). I will take them about once a week. All in all seems to be a good product, well made, quality.
