U.S. Divers Junior Regal Mask, Trigger Fins and Laguna Snorkel Combo Set

Got this for my six year old. She kept saying water was getting in her mouth, and we thought maybe she was exaggerating or using the snorkel wrong, but sure enough we did some tests and the snorkel fills with water, and does it FAST. There seems to be a leak where the mouthpiece plastic joins with the longer tube part. I sent a video of the snorkel filling with water to the company, but they won't respond.

Daughter did fine with these in Maui. She's 8 and wears a size 2 shoe, and the small fins were a better fit. The mask n snorkel from both sets are the same size

Bought this for my 10 year old daughter who has a lot of snorkeling experience. She had a lot of trouble with this set. The mask is not secure under the nose area and allows water in while snorkeling. The rubber is too short under the nose which is why it won't seal properly around her face. The snorkel also isn't angled properly while snorkeling, requiring a lot of adjustments while using it so you can actually get a breath of air instead of the tip of the snorkel angling back into the watr. I don't think it's a good or safe set. We've had sets from Target that work much better than this at a much cheaper price. The fins are OK. I like that they are adjustable and can grow with her but not worth buying this set for the fins which is why I ended up choosing this set.

We purchased this set for our ten year old son to use on a recent cruise to the caribbean.He had previously used our adult size set but the mouthpiece is larger and uncomfortable which caused cancer sores in his mouth plus and the mask could not get a good seal.This set solved all these problems. The mask and fins were super easy to resize to fit him comfortably.We spent hours at the beach and he was in the water almost the entire time. My 13 year old daughter also used the set and felt it was easier to use than the adult size.I loved being able to spot him in the water due to the bright green tip of his mask and the green on his flippers.The mesh carry bad was convenient to keep everything together.I highly recommend this product.

Awful product. I should have listened to the reviews. One of the flippers broke about an hour after my son started using them for the first time!

Gift for 7 & 9 yr old boys. They loved them. Mask fits well. They are still getting used to the fins and have kicked them off a couple times as they were getting used to them (maybe they aren't tightening the straps down enough). They have not complained that the mask or fins are uncomfortable. Snorkle seems fine. My only complaint, but maybe this is normal - I wish the fins floated. Do other fins float?? Not sure. We've only used these in a pool so far, but if we are out in the ocean and a fin comes off, it may sink and be gone forever. The travel bag is nice as well. All in all, the quality seems very good for the money, and I'm happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my daughter when she was too young to use it. We've had this about 1 year now and I finally felt she was old enough to try it out. When she tried to breathe through the snorkel she kept swallowing water and I kept telling her she was letting water in through her mouth.... Well, she wasn't. The water was pouring in from the bottom release valve type section. There is a plastic piece of some kind missing from the snorkel. I've been a snorkelled for a long time so I know I'm not doing anything wrong. Given that she never used this before today, I believe that the items was sent to us defective.

The snorkel started leaking within a few uses. One of the fins broke in half a little later. Both had been used, gently, in the pool only. The product did not have the high quality I expected from this company.
