works great for replacing damaged LEGO 9V train wires. It is soft and flexible, after separating two wires from the cable it almost exactly matches the original wire dimensions, it fits perfectly into LEGO connectors and the wire insulation gets easily pierced by the connector prong to establish contact.

This product is a great replacement for Lego 9v wires that have lost their insulation.

It seems like decent hookup wire for general electronics but it's totally useless for 3d printers. Running this in the cable chains of my voron 3d printer it only lasted about 30hrs of printing until I had a failure. It's very flexible but the silicon insulation is very grippy and tends to snag and rub on everything thing it contacts including other runs of the same kind of wire in the cable chain. so anything that continually moves like a printer gantry is a big no no as it breaks internally and gives you an open circuit in no time whatsoever. I bought two rolls I returned the second role and went and bought ptfe/Teflon insulated wire to rewire the whole printer. This was a massive job I really didn't want to have to repeat but wire after wire kept failing so I just had to get stuck in and redo the whole printer with the expensive ptfe cable I should have used in the first place. Basically I lost $36 trying to save a bout $100 and still ended up spending on the good stuff. Buy once cry once guys when it comes to 3d printers. On the non moving areas of the machine I have left this in and it's been fine so you could save a bit of money using this in some areas and ptfe/Teflon in the high movement areas.

Very fine strand wire. So far i have about a 100 hours of 3d prinitng with this in an e chain with a 2" radius.

I really love this wire as it has nice silicone coating that is more heat resistant and can handle more power than a stiff, pvc coating. I'm using this on a model railway for power and data for some micro servos. Strips well with a standard stripper able to handle 30 gauge.

Used this for gps module to arduino wiring, it’s tough and very supple. The wire is fully tinned and solders nicely. I’m not addressing the issue of what it costs because when you need these characteristics you just don’t have a ton of choices, I’m happy to get this good of wire at all.

Alors si vous tirer le fils dans un endroit moindrement accrochant, il se peut que la gaine ce sectionne.autrement sa l'air bien.
