Overall this is a great reusable straw. I use them a lot and it fits in most of my lids. I’ll start with the cons (and why I’m giving it 4 stars);- One of the metal casing segments around the straw had a very sharp burr. (biggest reason for the 4 stars). This is probably not typical but possibly a big quality control issue. Just be careful and inspect each segment.- There is absolutely no way to stir a drink That has ice with this straw, it is way too flexible. Non-issue for me because my normal drinks don’t require periodic stirring.- During my initial inspection of the straw, I ran the brush through it and a large piece of plastic fell out (see picture). No big deal because you should clean it before using it anyway, but something to look out for.Now on to the pros;- The inner tubing is very durable and seems to be able to stand up to constant bending and stretching.- The cleaning brush that comes with works really well.- It all fits into a nice compact hard plastic case.- Fits through 99% of my travel cup lids. I have a dozen Tervis cups and it fits perfectly into those.- Its reusable!I would definitely recommend this straw to anyone who uses them frequently.

I live in Florida near the beach, and most of the restaurants have banned plastic straws. Some give you paper straws which just disintegrate before you even finish your drink. Having a portable straws is a cool idea, and good for the environment. It cleans easily and folds up into a little case for storage. These are a must have for us Floridians!

Cheaply made, rubber insert broke the second time it was pulled out of the box. I washed it and tried it out, washed it and put it back in storage case, then the next time I unfolded it to use, it broke in half! The sharp edges of metal cut silicone straw when folded up. Bummer; I wanted to reduce my trash footprint!

I'm trying to do my part to take care of the planet. So I bought a couple of these, one for my mother and one for me. It folds down to a really small/convenient size. It's latched with a pretty strong magnet so it's not going to just randomly flip open, and even if it did it's all pretty snug in there, it's not going anywhere. The little cleaning squeegee thing is awesome! I wasn't sure how that would work, but it's a giant tightly packed spring so it just pops open and is fairly strudy considering it's only the width of a pencil lead. The straw itself folds and unfolds very easily, snaps together quickly and is a great size. I hope the photos do it justice. Once everything is packed away it's about the length of my index finger and about as wide as a fidget cube. This is a great little product, and for the price you can't go wrong! No excuse now to not bring something to a restaurant to drink from! Throwing this bad-boy in my purse now!

So glad I found this straw. Very very handy, easy to carry and easy to clean and use. I would definitely buy another one.
