When I saw this online I thought it was pretty but when I got it some of the colors weren't the same as the picture I saw online very pinkish, online it looked much darker the colors

It is quite advanced. My daughter just basically gave up rather quickly because it is a lot of little spaces that are complete different numbers everywhere. Another words it is a bit difficult for beginners.

I love paint by numbers and have some several. This one is probably the most difficult that I've done. Also some of the areas are missing a number so you just have to guess the best color for it.

This was my second paint by numbers and I love doing them for my self-care. This was easy to read and I had enough paint (the lighter colors required a second coat, but that's pretty typical). My main issue is that some of the colors and shapes didn't really make sense. There was what might have been patches of color that made a border, but it didn't look right. I was able to cover most of it with a black border of my own, but a lot still shows through. Also the colors of the night sky don't make a lot of sense to me but it came out pretty anyway and I still enjoyed painting it.

Just as with others, some spaces don't have numbers and some spaces are so small number is difficult to read. Since paper copy is exactly the same, it won't help unless you accidentally paint over the wrong number. However, use your creativity and just paint the space. No one will know.

I loved the painting although ran out of #3 before it was done. Some of the paints became thicker over time, I added a couple drops of water and mixed with a toothpick. Very therapeutic to do in a time of high stress.

I love the design of this kit. Unfortunately the canvas is misprinted in some parts so you have to compare the canvas with the black and white paper that comes with it. It's a beautiful design though and the paint colors are very vibrant. Some of the pinks and purples are a little thin and require multiple layers but overall its a good kit. Just wish the canvas had been printed properly.

I love the picture that Amazon shows... Its been very relaxing and fun for me to work on, but its not turning out at ALL like what the picture shows. My paints are ok, but thick and have to be diluted, not enough for this painting so I had to buy more and mix them myself. Also... my paints are misnumbered. So I am not sure if the stickers got put on wrong, or if the paints got put in the pods out of order so that is why to stickers are out of order... but alas... I am a grown woman doing a paint by number kit so there is that...

It's turned out nice but it's a lot brighter and not very similar to the image on the listing. I'm not disappointed but it's false advertising as I expected a darker image. Some areas were not numbered at all so I had to fill these in with what I thought would fit. Being my first paint by numbers I enjoyed it and will definitely do another one but will look more closely at the reviews next time.
