Sound One X80 Magnetic Neckband Wireless Bluetooth Earphones with Mic

I loved everything about this earphones. But sadly on the one I received , the speakers are interchanged. Left is right and right is left. Not sure if its just me facing this issue.Edit: Since I liked all the aspects of the earphones , I thought I would return the initial one and get a new one , but sadly even this time , the audio Channels are inverted. C'mon , it's the basic test that a manufacturer has to do. Sound one ! 🙊😑

Used it for 2 days and returned it.Reasons:-1. Loss of connectivity whenever I moved around or went behind the walls for testing. The audio loss was very much. Be it listening to music or taking calls, which should not be case if they claim that the connectivity will be stable upto 10 feet. I have hardly moved around 7-8 feet across and felt loss of audio very much and the Bluetooth pairing losses.2. No voice assistance mechainism. I tried all the possible methods to enable voice assistant but it failed. Also the Amazon team couldn't directly help me on this and they gave the Seller contact details for more help. The seller (e9 accessories) didn't pick the call.Plus the package seal was broken. One of the earbud felt like it's been used before as well.Coming to other aspects..Very light weight and comfortable, sound quality is good upto some level(75%). After that there is distortion. Build is plasticity.

Used it just for a single day and returned coz battery performance was ridiculous...firstly a received a fully discharged product ... company claims it charged full in 2 hrs with a audio backup of 8 hrs butit not charged full after 4hrs & backup was just 2hrs and after that i tried to charge it but was not working... colour was not shiny blue as in pic rather it was same as earbud colour in pics...they also claim that its a range of 10m but it is not even 10 feet & if u moved around or went behind the doors or walls it lost connectivity...sound and weight is good but all these factors...

First if all, the colour of the neckband is not as bright and shiny as on the site. It's a very dull shade of blue, looks as if it's very old one. Second, the neckband was received in completely discharged status. Not sure,if this is the usual case as none of the earlier reviews stated so. Next thing is about the sound quality. I actually purchased it going by the high reviews. But I didn't find it quiet good though. JBL and Sound one neckband cost the same. I might explore more as I returned the product. The neckband, also was not aligned in a proper shape, the right side kept hanging downwards. This made me a bit skeptical about the built and durability in the long run.

More than value for money, Awesome product everything is good looking superb and battery life it's coming to be 7 to 8 .30 hrs for continuously playing. other ways it's using for phone calls more than 2 days. Really very good product . Thanks for Amazon And sound one.

This my updated review after 2 months.I brought down the rating from 4 to 2.As many people faced, the left/ right speaker issue is there. Now one of the side is not working and also the noise cancellation is not good. I stopped using itBluetooth range is less max 20 feet.Battery life is less...Recomendation. Dont buy

working is super,memory card not safe its projecting half in out side,no auto turn off/standby when we r not using long time
