I have taken these for a few weeks now, I haven't woken up with night sweats or hot flashes! I was hoping that it would help with weight loss but nothing yet.

I purchased these based on the reviews. I had been on HRT for many years and finally wanted to stop. I was off of HRT for 15 months, within a few weeks I was getting many of the symptoms I had 9 years ago. I was getting hot flashes, foggy brain, fatigued, moody, severe headaches, vaginal dryness (within 3 months) and little to no sex drive. It was unbearable and frustrating. When I started doing some research on different natural ways to tame this beast we call menopause, I was surprised to find Her Harmony had many natural ingredients that could possibly give me back some control of my symptoms. I ordered one bottle (60 capsules) to try for one month. When the product arrived, I took 2 capsules right away. Nothing really happened as I expected but, day two I took 2 capsules in the morning and noticed within a couple of hours that I was not getting the crazy hot flashes during the day and minimal during the night. My foggy brain was starting to clear but, headaches persisted. Day 3 was a magical day for me! I noticed the hot flashes did not occur during the day, minimal in the evening so that I was actually sleeping thru the night. I started to notice some vaginal wetness and my sex drive was in full swing! Alleluia.....I was so happy to finally get back to some normalcy after a year of trying different things that just didn’t work. I am still finishing my first bottle and noticing that every day there is more and more improvement. By Day 7, continuing with 2 capsules in the morning, I noticed that I had more energy, foggy brain cleared completely, happier moods and my headaches had disappeared. Life is good and I feel like myself again! I will definitely be purchasing more and highly recommend to anyone who is going thru menopause.Side note: Pills are not tiny and may be difficult to swallow for some people. I noticed after swallowing the capsules sometimes it leaves a stale after taste in your mouth. Be sure to drink lots while taking it to avoid this effect.

First I would like to point out that these claim to be Estrogen Free but the first ingredient in here is Soy Isoflavones."Soy contains phytoestrogens called isoflavones that may mimic the activity of the hormone estrogen in your body."I wasn't sure what to rate this product.I didn't really notice any improvement while taking it, but I also didn't have negative side effects.I have suffered from extreme cramps, and pms symptoms since I turned eighteen. I would get cystic acne, mood swings, irritability, tender breasts, etc. Plus on the days I started my period I would be in bed with a heat pad all day, barely able to move.My symptoms are constantly changing from zero cramps but terrible acne, to no acne and horrible cramps so I'm constantly needing to change what vitamins I take. I wanted to try these because they have such great reviews. But unfortunatly, they didn't help any with my pms symptoms of cramps. On the plus side, they also didn't have any negative side effects.What works for some people may not work for others, thats the only reason I'm not giving a worse rating.

I've been taking Her Harmony for the last few months. I have to admit I still have hot flashes, but I think my hormones are really surging!I have found this product has helped with my mood swings and night sweats. I would recommend this product, but you will need to give it some time to kick in.

This supplement is absolutely amazing! I had hot flashes/ night sweats for close to 2 months and I could no longer have a restful night of sleep till I tried this product. It took 5 weeks for the supplement full effect but I'm happy to say my hot flashes are completely gone and I have been sleeping very well. My weight hasn't changed so I wouldn't say this supplement is for women who desire to shed a few pounds from perimenopause. I am against HRT so I found this supplement amazing but I wouldn't recommend it if you have a history of breast cancer in your family because of the Soy isoflavones.

I took a half a capsule, and this product made me sick to my stomach, I was nauseated I started hallucinating.......I started hearing ringing in my ears and it made my chest hurt! Run, run run. I don't know what they told you is in this product but it's not a good by and not worth the money. and Now i can’t return it. That's just foul it was a complete waste of my money. I do not recommend this product. The smell is awful.
