One of the few hydration drink mixes I can tolerate out on a run - the lemon/lime is not too sweet or over-flavored. I have a sensitive gut and have tried several drinks and gels without much luck - Skratch has become my go-to drink as it has yet to cause me any stomach problems when I am out on the trails. Some other brands have higher concentrations of electrolytes, but even adding some additional mix to boost the concentration does not alter the drinkability significantly. It mixes well and completely when I use it on a run in my running flask, though if I mix a glass to drink immediately, the last mouthful will be concentrated with salt.

Pineapple and the fruit punch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Apple cider ⭐️⭐️⭐️They all have very mild tastes. The apple cider does not mix well. I even tried hot water to help it dissolve.I bought these to help hydrate me to prevent migraines. They contain cane sugar and no added colors at all. I have tried other brands, but always come back to Skratch.

This helped a lot with morning sickness and lightheadedness and tastes decent. Oral rehydration solution should have a very particular ratio of sugar and sodium to water so if it's as sweet as a sports drink there's something amiss. It was very difficult to find a product without sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevia or monk fruit. The ingredients are actually clean.

My husband loves the flavor, and he’s picky about his electrolyte, hydrating drinks! And this is healthy! No fake ingredients! I will be buying more soon!

Dissolves easily in even cold water, can easily be added to all water bottles. High in sodium which is important, but doesn’t taste overly salty- I like the lemon- lime which is very mild. Only drawback is the 30+ grams of sugar in each serving. Good value

I have been on a year long adventure to find a hydration powder mix that best suits me.SKRATCH LABS IS THE ONE I HAVE SETTLED ON!I particularly like the pineapple & cucumber lime.If you are looking for something with a strong flavor, then this may not be the option for you.For me personally, it's a perfectly balanced taste with the HUGE BONUS of no aftertaste at all, whatsoever.As far as it mixing, not a problem at all! I use it in both a well insulated thermas, and a larger bottled water that I reuse for this purpose.*note that Core water is one great example because it's a strong, sturdy bottle with a tight fitted lid*If sediment begins to settle just simply shake the bottle.When using in a glass I mix with a small, handheld mixer/frother that I grabbed on Amazon (Sale price $10).10/10 recommend!

Mild pleasant taste. I cannot stand stevia so this is great for me. I use when I do hot yoga-works great!

Delicious, not super sweet and has a very subtle flavor. Tastes just like a little bit of lime was added to my water so it’s super easy to drink while I’m working out. Highly recommend.
