Really nice
Pretty cat collar which I purchased for my 9 week old Cavvie pup as puppy collars are too big for her.I put it on her when it came and had to put it on the smallest size which is still too big. It would be far too big for a cat in my opinion. However, it is a pretty collar with a nice flower embellishment which is sewn in place and unmovable.
