Matrix Audio Qube Rechargeable Mini-Speaker for Universal 3.5mm Devices - Red (MQUBERDA)

The speaker is USB rechargeable and will fit any standard ear jack. The sound quality is pretty good and really transforms your device to the sound level of a radio and is louder than the IPad/Android device alone. I am able to listen to talk programs and hear it on the entire top level of my home. I love the configuration of the unit and love the metallic finish. its a cute little device, about the size of a golf ball. You can get cheaper speakers, but this one is not badly priced for the quality. My only negative issue is that you do get a bit of distortion when the volume is turned all the way up, which is the reason I gave a rating a four stars instead of five stars.

Bottom line: Negative stars. The speaker in my 4 year old Dell laptop is better. I'm not an audiophile so I'm not very picky but this is like fingernails on a blackboard. I spend a lot of time in hotel rooms and just wanted something small so I could listen to background tunes from Pandora without needing a headset. I bought this after a positive review in Wired magazine. I'd return it but I ordered it while in Anchorage, received it in Chicago and just tried using it in Seattle - the box is long gone. It's cute enough to be a paperweight but I can't do that since all I see is 45 bucks flushed down the toilet. On a positive note, maybe I'll just skip carrying anything and just use the built in Dell speakers.

Scratchy if you have the USB charge connected while you are playing. Limits usefulness because you have to remember to charge it in advance.

We already owned a qube just like the new one we ordered. The old qube didn't have quite the quality we were after anymore. When new qube arrived the sound was distorted and fuzzy. We know this qube can have a high quality but the one we received was damaged.

CHOSE PRODUCT FOR ITS SIZE AND PERFORMANCE AND TO DATE IT HASN'T DISAPPOINTED. CLEAR,POWERFUL OUTPUT. NOT QUITE AS MUCH BASS BUT THEN AT THIS SIZE YOU CAN'T EXPECT THE BASS FROM A BOSE-SIZED SYSTEM. WELL WORTH THE PRICE.

I got this to use in my gym (not very big) during classes that I teach. Just need some music but not too loud so people can hear me. This works great using my phone with Pandora or what ever playlist people bring. Easy to charge and plug into the phone, and charge lasts quite a long time.

My husband has been wanting a small portable speaker to hook to his iPhone at the pool. This speaker is amazing and can get nice and loud. He was very pleased!

This is a toy or novelty. I returned it. the sound is so "tin" that I got more bass through the internal iPhone speakers themselves.

Beautiful packaging and product, very simple to use, feels nice in your had, and the carrying pouch has another pouch inside for the cables to prevent any scratching. Very compact. Good sound for general use & pop music, great clarity. it is loud enough to hear comfortably and can hear clearly throughout the room, however don't expect to start a dance party in your living room. Only down side as with most small speakers, especially budget friendly is there is little to no bass, wouldn't recommend it for full enjoyment of hard rock or metal type music.

I was very happy with this cube. It has a very clear sound. Not the best for music (lacks base), but clear with no distortion. Love it for u tube videos.

Disappointed in this product because it doesn't work unless it's plugged in, and I bought it specifically because it was portable/rechargeable.

Je ne l'ai pas achetée pour de la musique très forte, juste pour remplacer les écouteurs de mon ordinateur portable pendant que je regarde des filmes. Et pour cela, c'est très bien, le son est beaucoup plus fort que celui de l'ordinateur portable, et donc moins saturé, ce qui me permet de mieux comprendre ce qui est dit. Je l'utilise aussi pour remplacer les écouteurs intégrés de mon écran.L'enceinte est très petite et facile à transporter. Mon portable a une entrée USB à côté du jack de son, donc je branche les deux très rapidement et j'ai le son comme il le faut.Je l'ai achetée à ~15€ (vente flash), et à ce prix-là c'est surement une bonne affaire.**Avis après un d'utilisation** : Même si j'aime toujours le son, le bouton arrière de l'enceinte s'est enfoncé et maintenant il est très dur de la rallumer/éteindre. Vu qu'il faut la rallumer tous les jours (car quand l'ordinateur est éteint la batterie se vide), la durabilité de l'enceinte est médiocre. Ma première a duré presque un an; la deuxième, après une semaine d'utilisation, le bouton s'est aussi enfoncé. Je retire donc une étoile, car je suis très déçu de sa fragilité.

Cette petite enceinte donne un bon son vu sa taille réduite.Elle recharge sur une prise micro-USB.C'est juste dommage que l'on ne peut pas connecter deux ensemble pour avoir du stéréo.
