This is a very attractive product that is easy to use, and we’ll put together. I have used it in three different bathrooms and I’ve been happy each time.

I love the end product. Nice functionality and a very nice and even shower head. Installation is difficult. Do not use Teflon tape for your fittings into the valve. It will leak. Use T+2. The fittings that come on both the shower head and the spray handle that you screw into your female fittings behind the tile are too short. Once you put hardi and the tile, you can only get a couple turns at best. I used an extension and had to cut it down so it wouldn't be too far out.

Overall I like the fixture, BUT over square shower head seems a flimsy. It works well but isn't sturdy. On the other hand, if it falls off, its not heavy enough to hurt you. On the upside, the hand-held shower nozzle is the BOMB! It has 3 positions, all accessed by pushing one button. I might not buy this again but I won't be replacing it for a long time. Was it worth $150? I thought so when I bought it. If had seen it in a store, probably not - $100, maybe.

Had originally purchased a Delta shower system. The plumber said he recommends this one. Very easy to install according to him. I like the set

This set is a hit or miss. I ordered 2 POP sets and one of the units had a loose rubber ring causing a slow leak. I sent it back and ordered a replacement.The replacement was silver instead of black matte. Luckily we were able to use the piece we needed.Fast forward to the completion of my bathroom remodel. Everything looks great but one of the shower heads is dripping water from the spigot. I'm sure the showerhead needs to be replaced. Yiu never know what you'll get with this purchase.

Although this product has a 5 year old warranty, after the Amazon return period is closed, there is no way to contact the vendor.My issue is that the handheld « 3 function spray shower head » worked for approx 1 month. Water still runs through but you can no longer change the settings and it is stuck on a low pressure.Additionally the valve trim kit is flaking. The black paint is coming off from wear of fingers when adjusting the water valve (from rainfall to handheld).Otherwise, the installation was easy, there are no leaks and the product looks good.I would like a replacement trim kit that will not flake or scratch and a replacement handheld that has adjustment settings that work or one with no adjustments but strong pressure. If these replacements are not possible, I would like a refund or Amazon credit.Thanks
