Includes set of 20 plastic disc cones 2" high and 10 sturdy PVC cross bars each of 32" in length and 1" diameter. 2" Agility Cone Hurdle can be used for increasing your speed and agility. 10 cones are in blue color and 10 cones are in orange color. Cone Height is 2" and diameter bottom is approx 7.6". Cones have concave cut-outs for placing the cross-bar. Includes a cool carry bag!

Great for training
Not a bad product for the price. But it is a lot more work than it's worth. There are plenty of drills I would rather do just using cones.

NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT
This a deceiving product! I shows holes in the sides of the cones but they only came with an indent on the top. Im probably going to send this back,.... Its NOT what I ordered and for what I got its WAY overpriced!

I got these cones for my two boys, 11 and 9, who are training for comp soccer. I wanted to do some agility drills but I found that these cones are too small making the exercises too easy.

ordered these for church party. picture shows holes in cones. so you can change height. my cones had no holes . you just lay bar on top of cone. not pleased at all for the price.

Bag sucks
Perfect product, Carry bag end blew out a week after I got it now it is useless and had to find other means to carry around
