I like the look, and functionality seems fine, too.
This case appealed because of how the holster section completely covers the glass.I'm less interested in clipping it on a belt. Probably never will, but slipping the phone into the holster provides extra screen protection when putting it in a carrying bag of some sort with other loose things. My thoughts after a few weeks of ownership and daily use:The "cover" part, directly on the phone, feels good in the hand and secure to the phone. I had some troubles attaching it, but an online video for a similar "gel-within-hardshell" cover gave me the clues I was missing. (basically, slip the gel part on, lay it face down, and push the rigid cover gently down onto it: not sure why this eluded me)More on the cover part: I'd love a little bit more friction when the phone is laid down screen-up. The rigid plastic part covers the majority of contact area on the backside, so it is still low friction when on a smooth surface. Face down is different. The rubbery gel liner forms a bezel around the entire screen area, maybe less than 1/8" high, but grippy as hell. Also gives confidence that the screen glass won't contact anything when placed face down on a flat surface. The phone, covered, slips in to the holster readily, but with enough friction to tell you it will not, under any circumstances, slide it's own way out. If you did wear it on your belt, upside down, it isn't going to slide out at _all_. The flip side: I find myself placing two fingers along the bottom stop, on each corner of the phone's lower end, and a thumb up at the middle of the other end, needing thta much leverage in order to do that very thing: get the phone out of the case.Final verdict: This is my first smart phone and first case. I like the case a lot and feel no need to search for another.

Otter What?
My needs are basic. I need a case that protects my phone AND screen, but doesn't diminish functionality in any way. I like a holster type case because I just shove my phone in my pocket or bag on my way out the door. I've had my HTC for a year, and my old case (another type/brand) has long shed it's plastic clip, and developed a couple cracks. I found this case, and it was CHEAP. Well under 5 bucks...under $3 even at my time of purchase. It looked awesome, so I bought it.It was everything I expected and MORE. What an awesome value!Shut up and tell me about the features! This case is 3 pieces:- A silicone cover- A hard plastic piece that enhances the silicone. This piece also has a built-in kickstand. (More on this later.)- A hard plastic holster with plastic clip that doubles as a kickstand. The silicone cover slips easily over the phone. This piece protects the device from shock and covers the entire encasement of the phone itself with necessary holes for the mic, speaker, headphone jack, camera, etc. This piece also covers and seals the power, camera, and volume buttons. The buttons are still fully functional and easy to find and use.The hard plastic piece that enhances the silicone cover only partially covers the phone. It basically holds the silicone in place and keeps it from stretching and getting floppy like those type of cases tend to do. This piece has a kickstand that pops out. This replaces the built-in kickstand on the EVO. It is a satisfactory replacement. The hard plastic holster holds all of the above: phone inside of silicone and hard plastic pieces. It is equipped with a plastic rotating clip so that you can carry your phone either horizontally or vertically. I find these clips are cheaply made, and it doesn't take much force to break them. However, this clip also doubles as a second kickstand. You can slide your phone inside with the screen facing out and prop it up either horizontally or vertically. A nice bonus.I found this case to be well-made. There are no plastic mold marks or any spray over that can often be characteristic of cheap cases. I am confident that it will amply protect my device should I drop it. With the case on, my phone has a raised lip around the entire screen that's about 1/8 inch deep, so even if I drop it screen down, it is protected from the impact. This meets the protection of any high-end $30+ case I've seen. The case is a bit bulky, but still slides in my pocket, so I'm happy with it. I whole-heartedly recommend it.

it's ok
The case itself is good on the phone. But for the clip, I had the problem with removing the phone when receiving calls (will sometimes miss the call) or text and sometimes storing the phone. Because you have to slide the phone out of the case when receiving and slide it in when storing it. Verses popping it out and popping it in the clip like other brands.

Best phone case I've ever had, bar none!
This case is extremely rugged, and protects the phone very well with a low profile and no interference whatsoever with charging port, headphone jack, buttons, etc. The multiple kickstands are invaluable for the person constantly in online meetings like me, and the versatility is unmatched. Best of all, it has protected my phone from multiple falls of 3-5 feet onto tile and concrete floors.Only drawback is that the holster does NOT allow the phone to be inserted face-out as advertised.

Works great!
Fits well. Holds securely in the clip but pulls out easily when needed. Easy to operate phone controls while in the soft case. Rotating clip is useful. Haven't found the kickstand to be useful. I sometimes use it without the belt clip, sometimes with. I didn't give it 5 stars because the clip is brittle, I snapped it off when I was being careless. Glad that I got two.

great case
Can't believe how cheap this was and it was Amazon prime eligible. Really no complaints, fit perfectly, holster rotates on belt so you can wear sideways for better concealment,

It's a nice, protects the phone well. it's kind of thick. bulky. I really don't like it but it will do I guess. I wish I could find the one I had before.
