If you are brand new to raw or having been feeding raw for a little while this book is a definite must.It is well put together, easy to read, large letters so the eyes don’t get tired, filled with lots of little nuggets of information.This is not a complete “how to” book but it is an excellent resource for dipping the toes in the water and gather more information.I’ve been feeding raw for several months now and have a learned several different things from this book.There’s simple and easy to follow recipes that are budget friendly and resources for helping to budget for the price of feeding raw.All in all I recommend buying this book and giving it a rad through.

I loved how Kimberly talked about budgeting, balancing meals, and helpful supplements as well. Excited to see my 5 year old dog’s health change for the better ❤️

I have been thinking of getting away from giving my dog a kibble diet because of all the recalls of various brands even some considered premium quality. Having read what goes into the making of kibble and being disgusted, I put my new rescue Westie on a raw diet and this book was much easier to read and understand as we start this new adventure in healthier living for my sweet boy.

This book is so informative and written in a way that’s easy to understand. It covers a wide variety of questions all about feeding raw and how to help dogs thrive on their raw feeding. Would definitely recommend!

We can learn something new and valuable every day and although I have been feeding diy raw for years, I found some valuable tips!I read it in 2 mornings, so it will be a great resource to hand to my friends who are considering making the switch from kibble to whole food.

This is the 2nd book of Kimberly's that I've read and I can't decide which one I like more. Her first book "A Novice's Guide To Raw Feeding For Dogs" was an awesome look into Kimberly's head and experience. This book was a whole different angle, it was like I was getting into the heads of other raw feeders and prospective raw feeders and what their questions and concerns were. If I could give it 10 stars I would. I also like how she grouped similar questions together so you can stay on a topic like sticking to a budget.

I wish I could take this author seriously, but between the typos and subjective content (along with no real authority on the topic) it’s better to take your questions to a certifiable professional like a veterinarian who has worked with a wider of variety of animals. Don’t waste your money unless you’re looking for unfounded answers.

I recommend this book for beginners to raw feeding and it will go n my list of recommended readings to my puppy families. Kimberly's first book is also on my recommended reading list! Thank you for taking the time to answer all those questions, Kimberly! Well done!
