Gluten-free Keto bread is pretty hard to come by and usually way too eggy and flavorless. This is the best I have come across so far. I wish it were a bit more yeasty, but when you can't use gluten in the dough, that is pretty tough to achieve. This bread is lower in carbs than most and not nearly as eggy, (ie not too spongey). It has a subtle flavor, but I do not find it bland. (It simply doesn't taste like what, because it isn't wheat!) It has no preservatives so needs to be frozen upon arrival and like others, I slice it first and then freeze it, so I can pull out a few slices at a time. The loaves are quite small, but it is good quality.

The bread was very small, can hardly make even a sandwich with it. The flavor was not bad, but there was a very grainy texture that tasted like sand. The seller was rude with their comments back. Since it is a food product, not returnable. So the price was not worth the product or the hassle or snide comments from the seller.

I am newly diagnosed with Celiac and with any gluten get terrible stomach aches that keep me awake all night and then vomit multiple times. These are small breads that come frozen. I was able to eat 2 little sandwiches in the evening and NO Gas or stomach ache all night. They are made from Almond flour, Coconut flour, organic Palladium Husk and Chia Seeds, also, Yeast, Himalayan Pink salt, Organic Stevia for sweetener, and Purified water. It contains no trans fats and is 8 gms of Carbs in each serving. (8 servings per small loaf. ) This bread has a nutty and slightly sweet flavor. It is firm and not crumbly. I made tasty ham and cheese sandwiches with these and did NOT GET SICK AFTERWARDS!

If you toast this bread and slice it thin it is decent but still really too small for a sandwich. I do not love the texture it is a bit too grainy. It has healthy ingredients that many other low car breads do not but it is just not thrilling. It is a very small loaf for $8.66, I would rather spent $12 for the Uprising Cube loaf which is way overpriced but at least the taste and texture is pretty good. I like Aldi's Keto breads but they do not have as healthy ingredients and are more in the Wonder bread category. Low Carb Foods Hearty White bread is decent toasted also. I would not buy this bread again.

I had not ordered this particular bread before but the ingredients were just what I was looking for. I'm on an 'avoidance' food program because certain foods are 'triggers' for my digestive tract. I also try to 'eat clean' and lean more toward a Keto/Mediterranean way of eating. So, the bread fit all the categories I wanted. The flavor is just OK and the consistency is like other breads. It even toasted well! I've had other keto breads and none of them are as tasty as a hearty grain bread. It just doesn't have a lot of flavor, but this bread is ok.

The bread tastes OK, would actually be an acceptable alternative. Believe me, I have tried them all.The BIG issue with this one: each loaf comes to about 9USD and is approximately the size of a mobile phone.This is about twice the price for a regular loaf, which is about 6 times larger. The images are misleading, on purpose.Also: it advertises 2 carbs per slice (or something like that), but you need about 3 slices to make up for the size of a regular one. There are other alternatives (like SOLA or Franz) that actually taste better, have less carbs and are more affordable.Verdict: pass.

The bread is very tasty and has a long shelf life. It doesn't dry out, even in the fridge and can be toasted for more crunchiness. The crust is not crunchy, The bread's texture is fluffy but robust enough to put cream cheese on it. A little on the expensive side. Shipping takes forever bc the seller ships via USPS snail mail. 1 star off for the seller for shipping perishables per USPS.

Couldn’t wait…..Had butter on it as soon as opened the package. Much to my delight is more than I expected. Thank you for your clean and fresh product!
