One box was totally burned tasting....UGH!
I generally LOVE these crackers, so much so that during the pandemic, I am buying them here on Amazon for $7+ per box compared to $3.99/box that I have usually pay at a retail store. This purchase was no different....until I opened the box of Rosemary Pistachio crackers. They are usually great, but this one box tasted like the manufacturer totally over-toasted and burned them! There should be better quality control, and I'm truly disappointed. What can this company do for me, please?

Mostly broken
These were purchased for a Christmas gift basket and only 1 package out of 4 had enough whole crackers to use. Lots of little pieces which is really unfortunate.

hard as a rock
Although they were hard as a rock they had good flavor and taste good. Most of the boxes (4 in all) were broken pieces and not full slices so I couldn't use on my buffet table had to find an alternative fast.

Packaging
These crackers are amazing. I did notice tat you took extra precaution with them. However, 1 of the 4 boxes was still a bit broken. But it is totally fine. Even the small pieces are yummy and I just put them at the bottom of the basket!They are perfect for my catering business!

Not your average cracker. Excellent for a variety of cheeses.
Love the flavor of all the selections. Tried from a out of town purchase. Was so good, just had to have more for the wine and cheese parties so I found on Amazon!

Are not really all natural as evidenced by the ingredients has Some bad oils in it
