Prompt delivery and well packaged.Headset itself comes in a carry case box which fits into my work laptop bag nicely and there is an outer box for cables and instructions but I rarely need to carry this.Pairing is quick and easy. Tested with Skype though mobile phone and with WhatsApp but also tested Bluetooth connection through soft phone on laptop. All three provide good sound quality.The headset itself can be used on either ear by adjusting the unit slightly which is quick and easy.No complaints here. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Comfortable to wear with good sound quality and the battery life seems pretty good - had some marathon calls and not had to recharge yet.

When the item arrived, I was curious to see it was inside a neat little case, inside a hard plastic box (which I have kept as it will come in handy for a whatchamacallit at some stage). The headset retains charge most of the day. I use it with my phone to navigate with Maps and take calls while driving by tapping the button on the side. Noise cancellation must work fine as nobody can tell I'm driving and my Aygo is quite noisy, especially when it is raining. I was wary of spending almost £30 as I have spent at least as much in a dozen cheap items to try and do its job. It sits cofortably over the year and I can still use sun or driving glasses.

It’s a really nice comfy stylish looking package. The battery lasts a good while. So plenty of chatting.Um. . . The negative side. I also have to forget device in list. If I connect it the following day it doesn’t find it. The sound quality isn’t loud enough, during a call I have to push it against my ear to hear the other person!

Good sound quality, good mic but as other guys said it keept disconnecting and reconnecting itself to my phones. Good distance range, decent battery, about 4 full hours of talking. I could have passed over these issues and give it a 4 stars but unfortunately I gave it 2 stars as it stopped working. Fully charged, blue light on, wont turn on/off. Disappointing.

I've only had this for a month or so and have only used it a handful of times but I really like it. It comes in a very handy wee box which keeps it safe in the car when I'm not using it. I use it mostly for hands free phone use in the car but it is also good for listening to music etc.

I must have wasted money on buying 3 different one's till I got this. I had no issues and works perfectly. The ear hook is strong and only time I have lost connection is maybe in a place where the signal is weak? So far so good.

A must have for hgv drivers, my personal vehicle has built in hands free, my work vehicle doesn’t. Having this makes life easier for someone who is always on the roads, no need to touch your phone to answer a call

This is by far the worst headset I’ve ever had the misfortune to own.Connection was terrible to the point, if I had my phone in my left picked and wore the headset on my right ear it couldn’t connect.Also when my phone was in its holder while driving, it would randomly disconnect, but you wouldn’t find out until someone called and you tried to answer!They should spend a little less on the packaging and maybe a bit more on the item itself.
