A friend suggested I try this for my pain. I put a few drops in some MCT oil and rubbed it into my knees, and it did reduce the pain. I think it worked best on the joints where there was the least amount of skin above the joint - knees, shoulders, elbows, hands, etc... The scent was very strong as well. I decided to try some in some hemp cream that I had and that works well too. It doesn't take away the pain, but it helps to make it tolerable.

I love the smell of this essential oil. I use this for my living room oil diffuser and I use it with my homemade skin care routine. This oil must be diluted in a carrier oil for your skin.

Nice, strong smell - like lemon blossoms. I got this for removing dust from furniture, blinds, etc. Just add to water in a spray bottle and keeps dust away longer. Get the larger size

I thought this would be a better choice than lemon oil or grapefruit oil, but this sets off my allergies big time!!! Gives me a horrible headache anytime I smell it in the air!!
