Got my nips done nearly a year ago but would not seem to fully heal with the surgical steel my piercer used. Switched to these a few weeks ago and improvement was instant. No more crusties and no more daily cleaning outside of normal showering. It was easy and painless to switch to these at home by myself and all prior issues I had have vanished. Great quality and highly recommend if you’ve had trouble getting similar piercings to heal.

Perfect length so they don’t get snagged on anything and I also noticed that I’m not as crusty around the barbell part anymore. Maybe surgical steel didn’t agree with me like the titanium does!

I bought this for my nipple piercings and its way better than the stainless steal i got pierced with. With the original jewelry, I would get a lot of dead skin on my nipples (probably because I was having an allergic reaction to stainless steal) but now I haven’t seen any dead skin form on them since I switched to this jewelry. Also, I thought i needed a 20mm bar for my nipples but the bars are super long. My advice is to measure your jewelry before buying it. The jewelry measurements are equivalent to cm that you can use on a ruler. Turns out my nipples needed a 12mm bar and i had to buy another one.

Bought these after realizing I have a metal allergy...at first I bought some titanium horse shoes from my local hot topic, as they tragically did not have any barbells to offer, and let them heal up just to be sure before switching to these. I was already pretty sketch about trying to order jewelry here, but I didn’t want to go to my piercer and spend 10 times the money. However, that is exactly what I had to do. After wearing these for about a week, I noticed my piercings were starting to get infected again, but I left them in for about two weeks to be sure. They just kept getting worse :^) I then did end up going to my piercer and spending way more money than I would have liked. Would not recommend if you need pure titanium jewelry.

Was told titanium was the best to use for everyday wear. I’ve had a lot of pain with the ones I was wearing and right when I put these in, I had Immediate relief!!! Good everyday piercings

So glad I did not buy a smaller length because the ball on them is not very much bigger than the bar. So small that they are sliding into the opening. So 1/2 inch I definitely would've lost them. Be prepared to purchase another set that has larger ball on them

the BEST piercings EVER!! They healed soooo much better with these in. I'm allergic to nickel and have to avoid jewelry made with it. for some odd reason sterling silver still would not allow my piercings to heal all the way but titanium works better with my body. This was the best decision I made.

I love that both ends can be removed. I added different screw on ends that made it look a little prettier! Not necessary though, just my personal preference. The bar length is perfect and I love that it is titanium. Love!
