Brilliant low cost high quality

Lightweight, easy fray
As described. Frays very easily, so can be very difficult to work with. If using for dressmaking, you will need to line this. I used to this make a mock up if a gathered skirt and it draped nicely, but was really, really fiddly to work with did to the fraying and a small stretch in it as well
