Promo Heat Professional 8 in 1 Multifunction Sublimation Heat Press Machine - Model PRO-1588X

I ordered this machine as a starter for the heat press side of my embroidery business. I'm so glad I did! It's a great machine, works great, is easy to set temps and times, and presses like a dream!!! It was a great buy at a great price. I'm so happy to be able offer heat pressed items along with my embroidered items!!

Heat press is falling apart. Screws wont stay on (this has been happening for the past year). I have tried contacting promoheat directly SEVERAL TIMES via email and phone call without a response. I just now realized that I ordered 1588x and received 8800x. I was so new at this that I didn't even notice until now. I am trying to find replacement screws to see if that will solve the problem but cannot get the manufacturer to respond. Phone continues to ring with no answer and no option to leave a message.

This package is good but changing the plate could be a bit simpler. Understanding heat, time and the material used is critical. This machine considered a manual type to me.

This has taken my small business to the next level and the quality of the machine is amazing. Was well packed and it just rocks

This is a poorly designed product that comes with very poor instructions. I am definitely returning thisbecause it is not worth the money.

Had to get my daughter to help me set the temp. But after that it has been working great. The only problem I see is you do not get any instructions.
